If you're not aware, there's a fest calledspace_swap that focuses on space-themed fandoms which is now open for sign ups. I made sure to nominate the Venom movie, and the fest is open to different kinds of fanworks. I took part last year, and it was well-run and good fun.
The profile with instructions is here, and the tag set is here. Sign ups close in a week, on 1 March.
And speaking of fests, I'm still thinking about the schedule we're going to have in the lead up to Venom 2. If you haven't taken the poll yet, you still can. It's over here. I'll likely run at least one low-key fest and one more formal event/exchange, but may run more, if there's enough interest. I plan to spread them out a bit, with some finishing just before Venom 2 opens in cinemas.
